When a user completes a workflow and is required to submit media (action step) as evidence of work performed, it would be great to be able to easily reuse that submitted content as examples of best practice.

An example of this would be:

A technician performs a great job and we'd like to use their submitted photos as examples of best practice. If we could somehow decided which media to include and then have that media automatically linked onto the appropriate workflow steps.
