Idea - As the workflow is complete the system would generate an email with a copy of the completed PDF/Report attached, this would automatically send to the user who has completed the workflow.

Additionally also having a txt field to add clients emails for instant reports as well.

Great for quick response to clients, supervisors and for file creation and ease of storage.
